How to access the Health & Wellness Resource Center via the Monroe County Library System from your home or office

Using a web browser (Netscape or Microsoft Explorer) to explore the Internet, enter the address for the Monroe County (NY) Library System's  (LIBRA) home (or first) page www.libraryweb.org

1. Click on Magazine and Databases

2. Databases are listed alphabetically or press “H” on keyboard. This will take you to Health & Wellness Resource Center & Alternative Health Module. Left Click with your mouse.

3. Next screen: Infotrac Logon Page. If you are outside a library, click in the box. You will be prompted for your library card number, comma, followed by your last name; click on the Proceed button.

4. Next screen (Health & Wellness Resource Center): Enter your search query in the box .
